About eCommerista Contact Networking Nights
The eCommerista Contact Networking Nights is a gathering of entrepreneurs and professionals that allows them to network, learn and be inspired, which is hosted by AsiaPay Philippines. Each month, we have a theme for the eCommerista night and we invite people who run their entrepreneurial businesses, online companies and eCommerce websites in the Philippines—to share with one another tips, best practices, and success stories of their ventures. The night features eCommerista Show and Tell where special guests will have the opportunity to talk about their eBusiness and website, after which there will be an open forum for other participants.
AsiaPay Philippines is a branch of the HongKong-based leader in electronic payment gateway and ebusiness platform solutions. It recently launched PesoPay, the country’s first eCommerce service for commercial merchants with the leading acquiring bank, BDO.
AsiaPay Philippines’ Contact Networking Night Mechanics:
- The event is by invitation only. Should you wish to confirm your attendance, please respond to our e-Invite or google calendar invite.
- There are no membership or joining fees. There’s no entrance fee in the event but food and drinks are you. Simply confirm your attendance before the event and register and we will welcome you on the night.
- This network event is open to everyone who has been invited by AsiaPay. You can invite your colleagues or friends as long as you confirm your guests. Ideally all attendees should be registered before the event.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring as many business cards as they can so they can give out and exchange contact numbers to as many people.
- You are also encouraged to bring your wireless laptops so you can show and discuss your website or online business to other networkers. There will be wireless internet in the venue.
- You will be welcomed at the door upon arrival in the venue where you will register.
- In the entrance, there will be a Contact Networking Board where you can display your business card to allow you to see who is there and who may be useful meeting and talking with.
- Food and drinks will be served during the evening, which you will be paying for your own.
- The contact networking session will commence at 7pm and end at 9:30pm to allow persons to come directly from the office. There will be a special segment called eCommerista Show and Tell where special guests talk about their eBusiness and website, with an open mic for other participants to ask questions, share comments and inputs.
- From here on, it is up to you to work the room and establish and meet your contacts.
